MiniTrek is about little excursions. Typically walks in the country or a forest or by the sea or though a market or an historical site... Bike rides and trips on sheltered waters can also be MiniTreks. MiniTreks are free or inexpensive things to do and places to see that may take less than an hour or up to a weekend. A MiniTrek usually involves exercise ranging from very gentle to mildly strenuous and is hopefully suitable for most ages. The MiniTrek channel will also include places to stay or eat at or shop "en route". Enjoy :-)
