The first type of video that we produce are our V-logs. These topical videos will be approximately 10 minutes and will be based on some current event or holiday.

The second type of video that we produce are our Viddles. Viddles are a Little Video that runs between two to three minutes. They are brief and concise. Viddles typically will give one or two actionable tips that you can immediately apply to your life and achieve a higher level of success and happiness.

The third type of video that we produce are our product sample videos. These videos will consist of a song from one of our Mindful Measures programs, which are available on through our website (www.Minduful-Measures.com) as a CD or MP3. The technologies required to produce the Mindful Measures programs harnesses many of the tools you may have experienced throughout the Personal Development field (Such as Neurolinguistic Programming, The Law of Attraction, Affirmations). Not only do we pull those technologies together in a way that is so far being overlooked, but we also combine them with some techniques that are not yet being used within the industry.
