Welcome to MikesBodyForLife, my daily fitness, health and living BLOG on my journey through fitness, in my quest to slowly over the long-haul become a bodybuilder.

I started at 408 pounds, got down to an all-time low of 148 (SUPER UNHEALTHY), then maintained around 160-165 for a while, and now I am GROWING but in the right way - MUSCLE!

I will be blogging my activities, my eating, and my journey on a daily basis, in order to share with everyone, as well as in order to make a video record of my slow but sure transformation as the months go on!
