Our local range, with steel target frames, has a rule: "No steel-cored ammo." And you can see what happens when someone breaks the rule! They've taken to checking ammo people bring in with a magnet. :)

At 59 years old now, this was one of the songs that really sticks in my conscience now from those early, self-conscience teenage years when you were trying to figure out who you really were, and thinking about a lovely romance of the future.

The ending, with this song, hit's people either as very positive or freaks them out. I think it keys off of how much you identify with the Southern Protestant culture. As a product of it, to me it was heavenly and right-on! Great ending.

I like your take on this. The original Crosby, Stills, and Nash song was cool, but very Amero-centric. I liked it too, but then I'm an American who grew up in the '60's.
