  • callmehYT, I eat white rice for that very reason: it breaks down fast and will flush the body with badly needed carbs. I have not had success with brown rice due to that rice's chemically altered disposition. White rice, untouched, packaged from China, is prob the best I've tasted. I whole heartedly agree with you regarding raw milk, There used to be a raw milk producer in South Texas but I am told that the State of Texas passed new agri laws and now you must contact the producer under the table to get some.
