The name Mike Nobody was bestowed upon me by Rob Wright of NoMeansNo in 1991. Originally used as a gag on the whole "grunge / loser" thing before it became big, Rob suggested I keep it. So, I did.

Vermiform Records released a great noise compilation CD called Fruited Other Surfaces in 1998. Mike Nobody contributed alongside such luminaries as Krebstar, Drop Dead, The Replikants, Rah Bras, Lightning Bolt and Vermiform stalwarts Men's Recovery Project.
Former members of N2 Submission (backing band for The Impaler: Detroit's Vampire Poet) Mike Nobody & MarshaKat, are currently working on NegativeM+. It is a new two-piece band seeking to add drummers.
