He is absolutly right! on everything. But i still prefer doing kettlebell exercises with a kettlebell because it feel more comfortable and natural but i did the same exercises with a dumbell and it work perfectly fine. So yeah kettlebells are a piece of metal and thats it.

Abiotic oil is an interesting theory but unfortunatly no oilwell to date have had increased production due to abiotic oil instead they have manage to extract more oil because of newer better technology, thats why the have drilled in old wells.
