I like Appliances. I love Mieles. I like all makes, but wouldn't have some makes in the house. I also like cars and computers! :)

At the minute, we have a;
Samsung Eco Bubble VRT Quiet Drive WF0804X8E (26th August - ) washing machine. It's so quiet! :D

Creda TVR2 Reverse Tumble Dryer. (11th August 2008 - ) It has 120mins timed drying, and has a high/low heat setting. It has a 5kg capacity, and a 'C' energy rating.

Bosch Exxcel Dishwasher in Black SMS50E06GB/07. (8th January 2009 - ) It has 5 wash programmes, and 13 place settings. It is very quiet, and washes well, although, after just two years, there is rust inside it.

Beko CDA752S Frost - Free Fridge Freezer, and we have recieved letters about the possibility of it going on fire, but it is 09, and it only goes up to 06, so it should be alright!

Vacuum Cleaners -
We have a Dyson DC04 Brush Control. It is over 6 years old, and has had alot of use. It is still going!

Our Previous Washing Machines were;
We had a very old Hotpoint, I wasn't really old enough to know what it was. It gave up in about 1997.

Then we had two Whirlpool Creations. The second one packed in, in 2002.

Then in 2002, we got a Zanussi FLA1001W (2002 - February 2006). It was 5kg with 1000rpm spin. It was our longest lasting washing machine. When it packed up, I was actually sad, because it had been so faithful to us. I'm not quite sure what happened it, it started making creaking noises, then stopped.

Zanussi IZ161W (February 2006 - July 2008). It was a good machine, it was 5kg, 1600rpm spin, so it was the fastest machine we have ever had. It was Jetsystem, and had 5 programmes, but then you adjusted temperature etc... It suffered a catastrophic leak in July 2006 and was replaced with the Whirlpool.

Whirlpool AWO/D5526 (9th August 2008 - 21 August 2011). Always a noisy machine, 3500 washes in 3 years proved too much, and it flooded the day we ordered the new machine.)

Tumble Dryers -
We had a Creda Reverse Tumble Energy Saving Dryer. (1997 - 17th March 2004) It lasted 7 years, and on 17th March 2004, it packed in, with 30mins left on the timer. There were two bangs and smoke. It had been squeaking for a while.

Hotpoint Aquarius TDL54P Sensor Dryer- (March 2004 - July 2008) 6kg.
It was positively awful! It took forever to dry a load. Usually about 3 hours. The Sensor was way off. It refused to turn when you started it, and you had to manually turn the drum to get it to start. It then needed the door slammed to start. It gave up the same time as the Washing Machine.

Dishwashers -
Zanussi DW907 in Almond and Brown. (1999 - 2006) It had four programmes. It was a fantastic machine, only requiring an on/off switch in 7 years of service. It gave up in 2006. The timer kept jamming, and it was beyond economical repair.

Beko DE3542W - (2006 - 5th January 2008) It was positively awful. It was horrendous at cleaning, and didn't last long. The door springs snapped, (from what I could see, they were actually string), and then the motor made weird noises, so we got rid.

My Nanny had a -
Zanussi Nexus FL1084AL, in Almond and Brown. (1995 - 5th January 2008) It was 4.5kg, and 1000rpm. It was a fantastic machine. I loved it to bits. It only had one or two repairs over it's lifetime. It was 13 years old, when the bearings started to give up. It was kept in service until 5th January 2008, when with a load of bedding, it bowed out. It finished the cycle, but it started to burn, the oil leaked from the bearings onto the bedclothes and the bearings collapsed.
Now she has a;
Zanussi Essential ZWF12070W1. (8th January 2008 - ). Again, it is a very quiet machine, and very quick. It is fantastic at washing, and balances well.
