Tennis and Racquet Sports at Midtown Athletic Clubs Play

Programs include:

Tennis in No Time® (TNT) - Learn Tennis in No Time for only $115! This patented program turns beginners into players in just three weeks. Our pros will teach you all the basics, including the serve, forehand, backhand and net play for singles and doubles. Classes start in May and run through summer, so contact any of the clubs listed below to enroll. Membership is not required.

TenniSchools - TenniSchools is designed for beginning to intermediate students and is available in fall and winter.

Cardio Tennis - A hybrid of group exercise and tennis, cardio tennis will get your heart pumping! Contact your nearest club for times.

Pilates Workout Exercises at Midtown Athletic Clubs Play

Kinesis Training Exercise at Midtown Athletic Club Play

Kinesis Training takes traditional exercises (like chest press, lat pull, row) and combines them with functional movements (like reaching, squatting, bending). It develops balance, core/overall strength, and flexibility for people of all fitness levels.
