My original channel was falsely prementenly dissabled. YouTube does not care if your use of material is actually legal. They ban you if some minor non-disclosed moron claims copyright infringement.
My videos DO comply to the best of my ability with US Fair Use.
www.centerforsocialmedia.org is a great source for online media creators. Their publication http://www.centerforsocialmedia.org/files/pdf/online_best_practices_in_fair_use.pdf will help many Fair Use creators.

Do to the fact that I have only ever had problems with undisclosed "Right Owners" of InuYasha, I will no longer post Inu videos to YouTube.
