I've witnessed this video effect on the zi8, but it didnt include the static sound. The camera/tripod in my case was taped to a sturdy table, but even very small movements seem to set the stabilization feature off sometimes to very psychedelic effect!

We're recording the good doctor right now in the studio. Extremely nice fellow, and as has been stated here already a seriously talented songwriter and musician. The previous recordings we made with him was in Aug 2009.

I'm hoping he stops in with us every time he's on the west-coast of Canada.

Nice video. I have a number of really good audio recordings of both CN and VIA passby (and stops) for that station. I come back for a visit once a year or so.

Bruford and phil both are two of the best living drummers easily. Sans bruford, I have no problem AT ALL with Chester Thompson, another of the worlds best drummers

Marc will be ok when he gets to serve time back home. He has been a tireless ambassador for pot, no doubt about it, but some of his antics involved trying hard (in Canada anyway) to get busted for it, in order to take it to the supreme court. I dont think he was banking on playing in the american...
