@MultiHellojohn Holding a phone to your cheek can cause this too. Try alternating sides, using a bluetooth, and wiping your phone down with rubbing alcohol.

You all might try a gluten-free diet. It helps mine a lot. Also get tested for allergies and food allergies if you haven't already.
