Two months after Paul Gray's death, I had a dream that I auditioned to be Slipknot's new bassist by playing with an electric guitar that was tuned so low to sound like a bass guitar. I wearing a vest advertising the band RATT.
One month later I had a dream that I won the audition and the mask they gave me was what it would look like if my face had burned. The whole point behind it was so people realize that somebody in the band is replaced.
