In all seriousness, all surgery is serious surgery. The chance of infection or a problem reaction to anesthesia is always possible. Selling body parts for money to buy things? That is the ultimate in materialism. Personally, I would never do it.

Bear Bryant must be rolling over in his grave. How embarrassing for the school. In its own small way it compares to the Giant's fan who was beaten after the Dogers home opener. For some people, I guess being a "fan" is a carte blanche for bullying and depravity.
