@BlueToxicNitro Play ranked matches on multiplayer mode in gta it takes a long time through if your ranked 0 and want to get to 10 then it will take you probably 3-4 months playing nonstop am rank 8 and i got 498k left till rank 9 and its taken me 4 days now so i could imagine rank 10 will take 9...
