UTOOB WON'T LET ME UPLOAD!

I'm not new here and i'm trying to download some pkmn music from HG/SS and I've got some new updates about Pokemon Black and White Versions(not to be racist) and I've downloaded the Japanese intro game to PKMN B and W... but UTOOB won't let me upload it as a video!
