Proves that no matter what kind of fancy additive you put in your engine. Without oil you wouldn't make it to the supermarket and back without severe wear to your engine

@MrJeancacr2000 make sure that the torx screws holding the end of the cable arm on the shift tube are tight. (top portion of steering column) . They are notorious for loosening causing play in the linkage. They have been known to fall out hitting the drivers feat.
