Howdy! I'm Meteo Xavier and this is my music channel! It's pretty bare at the moment, but that will change as work comes in and gets done. For those of you receiving Friend Requests from me, I'm not simply going to spam music stuff to you constantly, I'm genuinely interested in networking and communicating with you. You can talk to me about whatever you want. :)

I'm currently a semi-professional composer, electronic arranger, and videogame composer working purely in Fl Studio and with whatever instruments I can get my hands on. I'm still learning things, but I've come much farther since the last time I've updated this bio here.

As of 10/15/11, I have completed and released 2 albums under my 12 Followers/Meteo Xavier mantle.

My first album - one for Aardvark Records called "Espers", is a Progressive, Ambient-Electronic concept album inspired by Peter Gabriel, Moby, Steve Hackett, Motoi Sakuraba's ambient works, NIN's ambient works, Berlin School Music and many more until it became a genuinely unique, slightly experimental but hugely colorful and nuanced ambient-new age album with even a 10-minute piano solo performed by Michael Huang of www.nobuouematsu.com. It runs only $5.99 for a digital copy and $7.99 for a physical one - see the link below!

My second album - one for the Wardriver netlabel run by alums of Thasauce.net and ocremix.org, is "Meteocrity Vol. 1" - a 50 minute non-ambient FREE album full of 16/32bit commissioned compositions for videogames yet to be published. It's pretty uneven, but that's the name of the game there and if you're a huge fan of Y's, Mega Man X, Secret of Mana or other classic SNES games, you're going to enjoy what I have to offer there and, again, it's FREE. Check the link below!

I'm still in near-constant composition for indie games or other projects and as of 10/15/11, I am Assistant Director to the major Seiken Densetsu 3 project on www.ocremix.org with 3 remixes of my own, I just completed a soundtrack for a Tower Defense Android game, I will be doing a chiptune album and contributing to a dark ambient project, a chiptune project by Willrock, and possibly another project by videogame composer Xavier Dang. It's going to be fun times ahead and I'll post the highest quality versions of those that I can.

ARTIST PROMOTION:

While I am not a conventional promoter (nor would I currently have the time for it), I heavily support and practice SYMBIOTIC PROMOTION - meaning I am extremely willing to subscribe to you, like your videos, help pump up views or post them around if you do the same for me. Indie artists have to support each other, and what better way to do it then an honor system? You scratch my back, I scratch yours. The only thing I won't be able to currently do now is purchase your albums, but free word-of-mouth and promotion? Sure. You scratch mine and I scratch yours. :)

Also, if you like what you hear and want to do some dealin' in contract work, licensing or original compositions, just hit me up right here as I get back to Youtube messages very quickly.

Thank you for sticking around my page here, I hope you enjoy!
