Guitar Lessons- Learn Fast and have FUN!
Hi, my name is Ethan and I have been playing guitar for 8 years. Currently I am I music minor in college and I am looking to give guitar lessons to beginner and intermediate students. I feel that when learning to play the guitar the best method is to just play, not get too technical and to make things more complicated than they have to be. Just like the best way to learn a language is to get out there and speak it, I feel that the best way to learn the guitar is to get out there and just play! My lessons are designed to get students playing their favorite music as soon as possible- within a couple of months.
In order to help students, I use backing tracks and easy to read tablature that makes the learning process simple. Students are taught slowly and at their own pace in order to well grasp the lesson that is at hand. Best of all the student is able to choose whatever he/she wants to learn- whether it be Blues, Country, Classical, Funk, Rock and Roll, Jazz, Jewish, Heavy Metal or any style you could think of, I would be willing to teach the student what he/she wants to learn.
Playing guitar is a great way to build confidence, develop self discipline, make friends and most importantly have FUN! I love to play guitar more and more as time goes on, my enthusiasm for music and guitar has only increased over my 8 years of playing and my goal is for all of my students to have the same passion for the instrument that I do. Rates: $30 for half hour or $50 for full hour. (Please note that I will come to clients for lessons unless otherwise specified)
