@Loraguy Obviously you weren't chasing that day. Those roads were AWFUL, even when mounted the camera work still came out bouncy. There were very few paved road options that day....the reasons others look better? Because they stayed on a paved road further away from the tornado!

We had 32 minutes of golf ball to tennis ball size hail and substained winds of a lteast 75 mph, although I personally measured wind gust of 94 mph. You captured some of the minor/major damage well. I've seen a few apt complex missing roofs completely as well as homes and businesses on the ESE side of Norman. The East side Walmart suffered quite a bit of roof damage and it removed the AC units and put them in the parking lot and broke the sky...

Take it you aren't Norman Natives? Street flooding in that area is VERY common. Happesn 10+ times a year like that.

You are lucky. We got hail for 30 mins on the SE side varying from golfball to tennis ball. HORRIBLE damage to the area. Roofs gone, trees down, power polls everywhere, businesses with no windows and roofs.

I've chased storms for 17 years. I've seen well over 100 tornadoes, helped with search and rescue, and have seen things I'd never wish upon anyone. Somehow I've managed to keep going, but I'll be honest your original video from inside struck a cord in my heart that has left me feeling so helpless...

Doesn't sound like one to me and I've heard 100+ in my lifetime. Just wind and rain.
