@random12834 Agreed, just Samyang isnt exactly suitable for small APS-C OVFs. Its either good on mirrorless (with focus peaking) or on full-frames with large OVF (1Ds, D3 etc.).

One thing that I think is useful, is to not use dSLR, but mirrorless. You look much more like tourist than photographer. And things like NEX-5N are quite easy to focus manualy even from hip (tilt-screen is useful for street photography). Only downside of some (not all) is that they might be slowe...
