About this user

I am a personal chef, nutrition consultant and above all I love food! I believe food is one of the most pleasurable gifts in life and we should enjoy it to the fullest! Now, I mean REAL food, whole food, local and organic when possible and unprocessed so we can learn to enjoy the true flavor of food. Feed your body the right things and you are less likely to over eat and have cravings. You will truly learn to love the simple yet amazing tastes of real food.

As your personal chef I take away all of the hassle and you simply have the reward of coming home to a homemade meal which was prepared especially for you. I design your menu based upon your personal preferences, write recipes specifically for your tastes, shop for, prepare and package for your convenience, your homemade meals. Doesn't that sound wonderful?

For those of you who are not in my service area, I want to give something to you as well. My passion is creating recipes, especially "healthified" versions of your favorite comfort foods, a meal you adore at a great restaurant or meals that will make your entire family excited to come to the dinner table to enjoy together. The recipes I write are easy to make, easy to shop for, maybe expand your family's palate a little bit, don't cost a lot and are full of balanced, quality nutrition to fuel your body for a vibrant, energetic lifestyle. AND you will reach for them time and time again.

I want you to enjoy my meals and give you "Happy Bellies"! Whether you are in the Eastside King County area and you allow me the pleasure of being your personal chef, or across the country making my recipes for your family to enjoy tonight.
