@Tdue17298 the thing is, you "enjoy life" for 10 minutes while you binge, and then you have the rest of your life suffering. Being fat is NOT pleasant, no matter what they say. It's harder to do exercise, you don't look as good, and its really bad for your health.

@JEDIBELIEBERPOTTER I had the same problem, try standing in a shower, with your head up, and sticking an electric toothbrush down your throat. When you feel it coming, lower your head and a lot of it should come out. :)
