Almost 20 years ago I was a Rotary International Exchange Student from Iowa attending school for a year in Merida MX. I fell in love with the city and it's people, so after college (majoring in Spanish) and grad school (applied linguistics), I went back to Merida, which is where I make my home with my husband and children. We own and operate the Institute of Modern Spanish.
