Fantastic video on measuring body fat - I must admit I step on the scale every morning before I climb into the shower - for me it allows me to see that my weight can vary from day to day - the main thing I look for is how is my weight trending. Even though I am eating healthier I still have my off days I eat a few things that are unhealthy. When I see the trend start to go up I become more mindful of my diet. I do like your "how do your clothes fit" way to gauge your weight loss. I use that also.

Your kettlebell vids are truly horrid. I'm not trying to disrespect you for the sake of trolling, but you clearly have no idea what you are doing with them and are going to end up hurting maybe yourself but DEFINITELY one of your clients, like that older man in one of your clips. Think of this not as bashing you but tough love and compassion. Please seek out an RKC certified kettlebell instructor and clean up your technique. Read "Enter the Kettlebell" at the very minimum.

thx for your advice on when to eat depending on your hunger level after training I have always ran for a protein shake within 10 minutes of my training, but I am not loosing weight as fast as I want, so today I wait for 30 - 1 hr, and I feel my metabolism cranking away. You are heavily underrated, your videos are a goldmine. Loved the plates behind the back , that is a great isolation many Personal trainers have never showed me I payed them thousands of dollars
