erce Cunningham, commonly regarded as the world's greatest choreographer, was a leader of the American avant-garde throughout his 60-year career. His internationally acclaimed touring company of fourteen dancers performs to live music by innovative contemporary composers, with designs by leading visual artists. MCDC's repertory includes pieces dating from the 1950s through today as well as his signature sight-specific Events.
