Though my number appears to be rather large in regards to viewing movies.. I assure you that if the first 30 seconds of your video doesn't grab my attention.. I have not watched them in entirety. I am only interested in fruitful experiences that benefit one and all and the art of expressions to communicate that is what it's all about for me. Of course that may indicate I may have missed something along the way but mostly it is my guess I have not. Kudos to those who have succeeded. I network and will share the wealth.

I think it's wonderful that you put up a description of what today is all about. People forget to reflect on what the day means, and if we don't teach our little ones to respect and honor such days then the importance will be lost. I didn't know that Canada had a 'Remembrance Day" on the same day as our "Veteran's Day" until last year when a sweet Canadian friend of mine told me. Thanks for the sweet words about my vid. The man who shows up a lot on there is my Daddy (he's the first and last photo), I won't show this to him or Mama...they will cry if I do! too many loved ones gone....
take care ~ Amy

Remembrance Day - also known as Poppy Day, Armistice Day (the event it commemorates) or Veterans Day - is a day to commemorate the sacrifices of members of the armed forces and of civilians in times of war, specifically since the First World War. It is observed on 11 November to recall the end of World War I on that date in 1918. (Major hostilities of World War I were formally ended at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918 with the German signing of the Armistice.) The day was specifically dedicated by King George V, on 7 November 1919, to the observance of members of the armed forces who were killed during war; this was possibly done upon the suggestion of Edward George Honey to Wellesley Tudor Pole, who established two ceremonial periods of remembrance based on events in 1917.

Hey M! Hope you're having a good week so far. I got your pm but I just haven't had time to write a proper response yet. Just know I was nodding in agreement all the way through, you're a strong one, M that's for sure. Busy busy - you know me. I've been taking a break from Open the Door to make another music vid so I've been working on that too. As if I didn't have enough to do!:o)
Sending many smiles your way. Have a good one.
:o)
