I`ve seen something very similar some days before...but i could be, it`s just a reflection of the sun caused by the camera optics or a small hole in clouds, that emits the sunlight .

Denke nicht , dass ein ein gewöhnlicher Ballon ist, zu hoch. Um 0:31 und 0:34 sieht man das Objekt am deutlichsten, wenn auch nur sehr kurz. Ab 1:09, was ist das da vor dem Haus in der Mitte links ?

The longer original video from 2 years ago had sound and the guys who filmed this were drunk. Can`t remember the title of the original vid. Anyway, it was a interesting recording and for a balloon this object was little bit too fast.
