This is a song that imo sounds infinitely better in standard tuning. It's probably just me, but when they play in half step, everything just sounds like it has less energy in it.

I liked the movie a lot, but I'm also 19 so I obviously wasn't around for that era and wouldn't know how accurate this movie was. @Trollfeet13 I think enough time has passed that they can relax and appreciate the music that they made as a band. Plus they're all accomplished musicians, so if they want to reunite with a new singer, who's to tell them that they haven't earned the right to do so?
