I don't know who told you that you need humanity for the Black Knight to drop their weapon, it might increase the rate but it's still random, I got the Black Knight sword there without any humanity so yeah, randomness ftw!!

Hahaha, I was like: dude, don't buy the helmet, there's a stair next to the waterfall that leads you close to the bonfire, level up!. I'm still in the sewers getting souls from the frogs (once you get what they do, they're pretty easy) and humanity from the rats. Loving the videos keep em coming!
