I'd be careful with fish oil, or get the vegetarian omega-3 supplements. Lots of studies done on it have shown that the pollutants in sea water get concentrated massively in fish oil and it can actually build up to quite dangerous levels. I can't second the things you say enough! My skin used to be dreadful, really dull and with horrible painful acne. When I started sleeping enough, not squeezing my spots& drinking green tea instead of coffee and soda, my eyebags vanished, even my under-eye lines went away, my skin is glowing now ...

@PepsiGirlz4 Nah. The wind speeds inside them only ever reach 30-70mph. They might pick up smallish loose things and fling them around inside them, I guess, but if you watch videos of dust devils going through woodland you see that they don't even so much as tear off branches.
