The story is good! The budget limit is pretty noticeable, but it doesnt kill much of the suspence. I would've chosen another type of twist, at the end, but this one makes much more sense! ^^

I've managed to make shadows look a bit better, but there's nothing to do with the blocky look they have: the larger is the shadows sight range, the worse they look (and viceversa).
Find these lines in SkyrimiPrefs and modify as said:
