I am a 35 year old amateur musician. Who grew up listening to mainly Beatles and Mercy groups like Searchers and others. I been performing in a band playing mostly covers and some songs we wrote our self. But the audience more or less ignored them so we became a Cover Band.
The drummer, my best friend Christian was more in to Rolling Stones and the blues sound. But we got a long. We even done military service together. He died a year ago. And the band broke up so now I´m playing solo. I knew Christian since I was 7 years old and we learned to play guitar and drums together so I can understand how Paul and Ringo felt , loosing John Lennon and George Harrison. But we got to go on, the music is still alive!
After having the experience of seeing people do their best to try to kill and hurt each other, I have become more and more interesting in Buddhism and spiritual development!
