My husband didn't want to watch this but I made him because I knew he'd score well. He has seen 21 out of 25! I only got 7 which is fine with me because I don't like Arnold or K. Reeves. BUT afterwards he had a smile on his face and was so proud of himself for doing well in his favorite genre. ^_^

There are a few factors here, but a big part is making sure you have at least 8hrs; as long as you are going to SLEEP at 10 to wake-up at 6, you should be fine. TOO MUCH sleep can be bad for you too.
