I have been raw for almost one year now! Woo hoo! When I first went raw I was more gourmet and I didn't see the results I wanted, so for the past 5 months I have been mostly fruitarian and this has made the biggest impact on my health. My candida is under control, my sleep is more sound, my weight is perfect, my energy is high, and my mood is almost always an A+ (as long as I can get my ripe mangos!).
