Yes, heavily modified. Not a street vehicle. As pointed out, the engine would have to be 50% eff, and the vehicle would have to be ~850lbs from the stock 2020. Even then, we can say with certainty the vehicle didn't consistently get 384mpg.

Patently untrue. Hydrogen at 20K is 70g/l, where 33.3kWh/kg which would equal 14liters.
