Actual fact says Santa is dead. Santa Clause is referring to Sinta claous and that was st nicolas's name. (refering to him)cocacola changed sinta claous to santa clause. Therefor santa is dead, its just celebrating the kindness of st nicolas and the christian way of jesus being born.
