Messi could easily win more then 6 Ballon d'Or when he retires , that's not fair . there's no one to compete with him , not because he's the best . I use to remember having more then 5 players fighting to win , now we only have 1 . And every year , we see the usual name up on the nominated list ...

@dariosimic5 You can't compare back then and now . Messi was never better then those legends . Messi is this generation , Pele , Cruyff , Beckenbauer was back then . But with those legends class , they will still be great players in this generation . No way you could compare .

They won the trophy , they don't win with respect , disgrace to the beautiful game . What happened to the beautiful game we saw years back ?

@moluksefreefighter01 Pele had it even more difficult . Defenders then had license to kill . Career ending tackles were even cheered . Pele stayed injury free long enough to score all those goals are a testament to his strength . Not to forget the ball was harder , pushing the ball was harder on...
