i say watch it i get scared really easily and i was fine there are parts that u jump or scream but the worst is you wont look in the mirror for a few days lol

more energy you need to work on hands like be somewhat graceful and faster the song is upbeat not slow just put those moves faster

OMG you are one of the most beautiful women i have ever seen but u can fight it and start eating again i was lucky and my friend helped me before it was too late but i still kinda know how you feel stay strong and u can do it

@SmileyAndGrumpy she was bullied in school she was cutting she had an eating disorder but even tho she does not get bullied anymore she still has the memories.now she is way better .if you whant to know her story go to 20/20 demi interview 2011 there is one in april that tells her story
