This is a beautiful song. And it fits the mood of the scene perfectly. We have Kevin Finnerty feeling very alone, and all the while Tony remains in his coma and at that point is showing no sign of coming out of it.

I disagree with this guys opinion that the 2 David Chase statements both suggest Tony dies in this scene. I think the one about you never knowing its going on until it's happened, suggests he's dead, but the one about this is what Tony's future looks like,, seems to be saying he doesn't die here,...
