The bottom line my message of the first part with me as the lead role in the film is too stop looking for physical advancements. Slow down and focus on the basics aspects to the physical experience. Become fully conscious of your food, where it was grown, the process of eating and digestion... feel the material being broke down in your body, fueling the cells and causing reproduction. Your breath. Feel each breath coming in and expanding in your body. We will teach yoga and tia-chi practices to align body and breath more in small steps as we get deeper into the message. But once you have mastered the basics of the physical Experience Breathing, Eating, Housing and Health
