I don't think the English know English grammar but they have that feeling that tells them if a sentence sounds good or not and they can speak natureally which in my opinion it is far more important than a bunch of rules that put words together and make them correct sentences.

When a language gets boring
I would give it a turn in the way of leaning the language and trying something completely new for instance trying to get some songs in the language or series etc or maybe I would give it a rest for a couple of weeks.
