Dude, next time GLOVE-THE-HECK-UP!!!!And hcbeal is correct, sebaceous cysts are encapsulated and that has to be removed. A bit more involved than you may want to get because of vascular structures.

I find the 22 gauge is too short. 20 gauge is good. Hate the nose bone with a ball, unless that's the ring you want for LIFE! I really like bioplast left nostril screws and I cut the screw off so its an L. Buy a few so you have a spare if you cut too short. Good Luck. This thumb up the nose...
