Hey i have a 1999 stratus. ive replaced the plugs, wires, coil pack, cleaned my whole throttle body and intake manifold, and all sensors on the car, replaced 02 sensors and still idles bad ive also replaced my pcv valve and airfilter. could this be because i have the catalytic off my car?
