McJAWN is a homegrown Philly-based interactive magazine and website created by Philadelphians for Philadelphians. Without the influence of advertisers over our articles, like most magazines and websites today, McJawn is a grassroots representation of a growing youth culture, both in Philly and across the country. Although we highlight the local art and culture scene, thats not all we are; we write for young and thriving Philadelphians, so our content is anything that's relevant to them. Our philosophy here at McJAWN is that the readers come first. We are a positive magazine that highlights the entire Philly scene, from art to music to cheese steaks to pad thai. We've built an interactive, inclusive community that encourages all types of interesting people to contribute their work while helping Philadelphia keep it's integrity.
