Years and years I've tried losing weight the fast and easy way just to see results for a couple of days or sometime weeks. It was very disappointing that I could not keep my weight off like others. My mother told me about this product that was recommended to her to improve her health; so she decided to start taking Reliv's products called 'Arthaffect' and 'Innergize'. She went on to tell about the energy she had gain in the little time that she was taken both products.
After hearing my mother rave about these products, I decided to see what they had to offer. That's when I tried 'simplicity weight loss starter kit; I had nothing to lose but weight. Two months later, I began to lose weight in the right and healthy way. Using simplicity' along with 'Soy Sentials' to balance my hormones and 'Innergize' to boost my energy has taken me to another level. It was my decision to take all these products together; it surely not required.A good thing about this product line is that you may tailor it according to your needs. I am still working to reach my goal weight of 160. I know this is something that will not happen overnight, but I am confident that it will happen with Reliv. If you are someone that does not like to exercise but want to lose weight, this product will still work, but you will see better results by exercising.
I recommend that you try 'Innergize; you will have so much energy that you will want to get out and move around. I say, "Start small and think big.'
