Social skills should be good, but I'm not sure you need to be confident to tell you the truth. Some girls like shy guys. I'm jealous because here in the U.S. although we have access to many nice guns (semi autos and such), enfields are somewhat left out, which is too bad because they're beautiful rifles. Can't get one cheaper than $300-400 in fair condition.

@aphsknight74 Much agreed. Amen. Whether its ak vs ar or enfield vs mauser, its all preference. Although as bolt rifles go the mosin doesn't compare in strength or design in my opinion (but there it is again opinion).

@awsomevertskater heavy weight and a lot more recoil, and ballistically different. Requires new training ($) and you'd no longer have light, short assault rifles. In limited numbers I think itd be great.
