MaximumResonance, AKA Jesse H, is a social outcast living in Winnipeg, Manitoba - the hometown of Niel Young, Randy Bachman and Justin Bieber. Yet Jesse idolizes Aaron Funk, that long-haired freak who makes noisy music and doesnt seem to enjoy the city much. This contributes to him being an outcast.
