Hey Sean, the Stout is now sitting in the keg doing a little bit of aging. I remembered when I last brewed and bottled the extract version, it tasted good at 2 weeks, but after a month or month and a half or so, it was awesome. So, against my will, I'm letting it age. :-) It's nearing ready to go though--so I should be having a tasting coming up within the next month or so hopefully. Cheers!

Hi Sean--I actually use a small Canon PowerShot to film with, and then make sure I have plenty of light to make sure it doesn't appear grainy (the darker videos appear really grainy with this camera.) I usually have 3-4 lights on in various areas to make sure I'm lit from all sides--and then I just go with it! :-)
