Hey, Myke, I'm his baby sister, Gail :D Nice to meet you. He's the eldest of 6 and I'm the runt.
Wayne is mainly doing studio work these days in Birmingham, AL .
He's still writing and producing other artist. There is talk of a book about his career and experiences.
I only know of a few YouTubes with him playing, shame. I guess because video was not as easy to come by when he was more active.
Oh, if you really like the blues, get his solo release Mendo Hotel. I'll watch your vids soon :) We are in the middle of a rare snow event for Alabama, gonna get out before it melts. Thanx for the comment and rock on~

hey man, i just read your comment about being wayne perkin's bro! yo, that's cool. concrete jungle and stir it up solos are 2 of my all-time favorites for sure! check out my attempt at the concrete jungle solo. not much wayne stuff i've been able to find on youtube unfortunately... is he currently in a band?
